Refund Policy for NSC India

At NSC India, we are committed to providing high-quality accounting, financial, and secretarial services, and we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, offer a refund, or provide credit for future services.

1. Not Satisfied? Let Us Know!

If you are not satisfied with our service, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to the LEDGERS Platform using the email address used for payment. If you’ve forgotten your password, please reset it via the “forgot password” option.
  • Once logged in, select the engagement that did not meet your expectations and choose Not Satisfied. This will escalate the matter to the appropriate agent and manager for expedited resolution.
  • We can address delays on our side but cannot control delays caused by government agencies or issues related to incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by you. Please be patient as we work to resolve your concerns.
2. 30-Day Refund Policy
  • You can request a refund within 30 days of your payment.
  • However, once access to our platform is granted, NSC India considers its service obligation fulfilled. The client assumes full responsibility for any further actions and the final outcome of the service.
  • Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation charge to cover administrative costs.
3. Change of Service
  • If you wish to change the service you ordered for a different one, you may request this within 7 days of your payment.
4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Log in to LEDGERS and select Get Help to initiate the refund process.
  • Additionally, send an email to help@nscindia.online with your transaction details to start the refund procedure.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after all necessary information is received.
5. Penalties or Tax Payments
  • Once access to the platform is provided, NSC India considers its service obligation fulfilled.
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted.
  • NSC India is not liable for any penalties, taxes, or other costs incurred by the client during or after the service. We do not assume responsibility for the outcome of the service or any additional costs related to its completion.
6. Factors Outside Our Control
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results for services due to factors beyond our control.
    • Government agencies may reject applications (e.g., trademark filings) for reasons unrelated to NSC India’s service.
    • Delays may occur due to government backlogs or issues with official platforms (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI websites), and these delays are beyond our control.
  • Services rendered by Associates on the Nearest.Expert platform, who are not employed by NSC India, are also not covered by our guarantee or refund policy.
  • Any delays or issues resulting from government actions or external entities cannot be used as a basis for requesting a refund.
7. Force Majeure
  • NSC India is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our control. These include:
    • Natural disasters
    • Pandemics
    • Government actions
    • War or terrorism
    • Labor strikes
    • Other force majeure events
  • In such cases, NSC India will not be liable for any delay or inability to fulfill its obligations.
